Chronic Illness & Burnout

When your health, energy or capacity changes

Living with chronic illness or burnout can affect far more than physical health or energy.

It can change your relationships, independence, work, identity, confidence and how you imagine the future.

There may be grief for what has changed, frustration at what other people don't understand, uncertainty about what your body or mind will allow from one day to the next, or the feeling that the ways you have always managed life simply aren't sustainable anymore.

I bring training and understanding around chronic illness, fluctuating capacity, pacing, burnout and the psychological impact of living with long-term health difficulties.

Again, that doesn't mean I know what your experience is.

It means we don't have to start from zero.

And chronic illness or burnout doesn't have to become the only thing we talk about.

It is part of the context of your life.

It isn't the whole of you.
